Mr. Sam D. Scholar brings 30 years of trial experience to a legal practice that serves clients throughout Fairfax, Arlington and Prince William counties in Virginia. Mr. Scholar’s clients include individuals, families, senior citizens and small businesses from all walks of life.

Mr. Scholar has frequently represented businesses and individuals in matters involving the I.R.S. as well as individuals and families concerned with Powers of Attorney and the rights of senior citizens.

Mr. Scholar graduated in 1979 from Duke with a JD and received a Master of Laws in Taxation in 1985 from Georgetown Law Center. His solo practice has been in Falls Church,VA since 1990.
